Black powder
Essing Sprengtechnik & Poudrerie d'Aubonne –
Tradition meets innovation.

The Aubonne black powder factory was founded in 1853. Today it is the only still existing and also producing black powder factory in Switzerland. This venerable factory has been part of our company since 2022. We feel connected to the tradition and the history of the Poudrerie and want to continue the production processes and, above all, the quality of the products, which is appreciated by all, but also expand them - so that the black powder factory on the shore of Lake Geneva can withstand the conditions of today.
Linear Cutter
The Linear Cutter – cut solids with precision.

The AES Linear Cutter or AES Linear Shaped Cutter is specially designed for cutting solid steel elements during blasting operations. It is used, for example, for demolition projects, explosive ordnance clearance or police operations.
The LSC Linear Cutter AES is characterized by its exceptionally high blasting energy with comparatively low use of explosives. This effect is achieved on the one hand by the exclusive use of the high-energy explosive RDX and on the other hand by the full coating of the v-shaped product with copper, which is particularly ideal as a coating to achieve the desired high cutting performance. The geometry of the cutting charge concentrates the explosion energy on one cutting line. The copper of the sheath forms a wedge-shaped plasma jet that cuts through the components. The cutting performance of the various Linear Cutter sizes ranges from 5 mm to 76 mm (for St37 steel).

Put your hazardous waste disposal in competent hands: we are a certified specialist disposal company with many years of experience in handling hazardous waste. From organization to handling - with us you get the entire disposal process for ammunition, explosives and fireworks of hazardous goods class 1 from a single source.
We collect weapons, explosives and hazardous goods to be disposed of in accordance with ADR, GGVSEB, KrWG, KrWaffKontrG, NachwV and SprengG using our own vehicles, which have EX/II and EX/III licenses. If required, we can professionally dismantle ammunition waste and weapons and then ensure environmentally friendly disposal or thermal destruction. The professional execution of your disposal project is supervised exclusively by employees with a certificate of competence in accordance with §20 SprengG. This means for you:

The transport of hazardous and explosive goods requires the highest standards of safety and care. With more than 30 years of experience in explosives and ammunition logistics and an extremely competent team, we guarantee smooth handling of your transports.
Our fleet includes vehicles with a payload of up to 21 tons. All vehicles are EX/II or EX/III-approved and operate throughout Germany and Europe.

Up to 13,500 tons of NEM of classes 1.1 to 1.4 of the Explosives Act can be stored in bunkers and warehouses at various locations. The employees at the storage locations and the trained drivers are all in possession of a certificate of competence in accordance with Section 20 of the Explosives Act.

We transport Class 1 explosives, Class 1.4 pyrotechnics and tires by sea all over the world.
Our service portfolio includes the areas of partial charter, full charter, the use of liner services and container logistics. In cooperation with a reliable network of experienced partners, we ensure that your dangerous goods reach their destination safely and on time - should it not go any further, we will of course also organize the storage or interim storage of your sea freight quickly and easily.
